We are 'Australia's most Trusted Solar Contractor' that has experienced significant growth in the Renewable Sector over the last 5 years with a large Pipeline of upcoming projects and are looking for Experienced and Capable Site Administrators to join us on our exciting journey forward.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Site Administrator is responsible for the efficient running of the site office, including personnel/payroll queries, reporting on activities, site co-ordination and will play an active role in systems improvement.
The role will provide practical support and solutions on day to day site management issues and will be a critical point of support for the Project Manager and the site Leadership Team The role will also play a key function in monitoring our project performance.
Our sites are often in regional and remote locations and will require the incumbent to closely manage workload, FIFO/DIDO travel and lifestyle
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO QUALIFY
– Experience in a site administration role in the clean energy, mining or construction sector
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high quality written reports, policies, action plans correspondence and other documentation as required, for both internal and external customers
– Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and time management
– Previous experience in construction and a strong understanding of contractual laws and obligations.
